At From the Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

Artwork Condition Issues

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a return and full refund or replacement
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

Change of Mind

We understand that purchasing art online can be challenging. You may return an artwork within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The artwork is in its original condition
  • All packaging and certificates are included
  • You notify us before the 14-day period ends
  • You cover the return shipping costs
  • A 10% restocking fee applies

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or commissioned artworks
  • Digital art downloads (after download)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Artwork damaged by the buyer

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective items)

Charitable Donations

When you purchase artwork, a portion goes to charity. If you receive a refund, the charitable donation is non-refundable and will still be sent to the designated organization.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact us at support@fromtheart.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable method
  5. Keep your tracking number until the refund is processed
