From the Art was founded with a simple idea: what if buying art could support both artists and the causes they care about? What if we could make charitable giving as natural as making a purchase?
We started by talking to artists. We learned about the challenges of selling online, the fees that eat into their margins, the difficulty of reaching collectors who value original work. We built From the Art to solve these problems.
Today, we're proud to support a growing community of Canadian artists and connect them with collectors across the country. Every sale on our platform can generate a donation to a registered nonprofit chosen by the artist.

From the Art is a for-profit marketplace, not a charity. We facilitate donations from artists to registered nonprofits, but we do not issue tax receipts. Artists choose their donation percentages and recipient organizations independently.
