Pricing FAQ
Are there any payment processing fees?
Standard payment processing fees (Stripe fees of approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply to all plans. These are industry-standard credit card processing costs passed through at cost.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, new benefits apply immediately. When you downgrade, you'll keep your current benefits until the end of your billing period.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. All plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. We don't do annual contracts or lock-ins. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
What happens to my listings if I downgrade?
If you downgrade from Pro to Starter, your oldest listings beyond the 10-listing limit will be unpublished (not deleted). You can choose which ones to keep active.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes! Registered nonprofit art organizations can apply for a 50% discount on any plan. Contact us with your nonprofit registration details.
When does the Community plan launch?
Community is launching in Q2 2026. Join the waitlist to get early access and founding member pricing when it becomes available.
